PLL Megawizard broken in Quartus 13.1?

I just noticed, that the PLL Megawizard does not start up in Quartus 13.1 any more, neither when creating a new component, nor when editing an existing one. The blue "Loading Megawizard" window short...

Hi,

i recently updated to Quartus Version 13.1 and i experience the same.

The Start Wizard window appears but then nothing happens. Did you solve this problem?
