PLL implementation problem

Compiling project with pll in Quartus II 11.0 at the start of fitter an error indication screen appears with the following description. After that full compilation process stops. Internal Error...

did you have a solution of this problem?

I'm facing the same issue with QII v11.1 SP1 when trying to put a partition in the project, otherwise it's working fine.
