Please advise process to request a warranty claim from Intel?

Our production encountered component failure as per below details and want to request for claim only, no need FA.

This parts is not purchased throught Intel directly but throught customer aprrove Distributor. End custmer is Juniper Network

PN: JNTG-310-055414

MPN: 5SGXEA4H2F35I3NCV

Date Code:1843

Supplier: Altera

Qty 4:

Test Fail: ICT

Failure : VDD 2.5 V node found to be having low ohm respected to Gnd.

Expected 5K but measured lower ohm.

    Hi Siti Nurain, Warranty claim or RMA should go through ERMA if the failure is suspected due to Intel FPGA product. I will suggest you to work with your distributor for ERMA return process. However, you may let us know if you have any concern. -WaniMY-
