Update: I have uninstalled 18.1 version and installed 15.1 (once run on WIN 10 without problems) and the problem persists (even worse)!
Now every time I try running Qsys from Quartus, it crashes almost immediately, not allowing to let me do anything.
I have no idea, where the problem may be, but after wasting the whole day, this is so frustrating.
I'd be grateful for any guidance here.
