Pin planner broken? Can't see the pins!!

The pin planner interface is broken - there is a blank panel where the pins are supposed to show. Clicking the mouse around causes pins to be selected, but I can't see what I'm doing. Anyone else see this?

If I open another application in front of it, the pin panel does not clear the image data out..

Latest Quartus release with the new service pack installed..
