PIN_number DE1-board

Hallo,

I am using the DE1 Altera-Board (EP2C20F484C7) and use for clock_1kHz PIN_L1. This is for the FPGA robot (book Rapid Prototyping by Hamblen on page 245).

Is the PIN_number for the clock_1kHz OK? (PIN_L1)

    The Terasic DE1 is the same as the Altera DK-CYCII-2C20N board

    Pin L1 is located on page 8 of the schematic and is the 50MHz clock input

    Pin L1 is CLK0/LVDSCLK0p

    the 50MHz are generated by Y1 an 50MHz osc.

    To use L1 with 1kHz you will need to replace Y1 with an impossible to find 1kHz osc.
