Our Altera License Daemon has stopped working.

I believe we are already using the latest license daemon.

I downloaded lic_daemon_win64.zip from the link you provided. This file is identical to the zip file that I used when installing the license daemon the first time. Similarly, I compared our currently-installed C:\Altera\lic_daemon_win64\lmgrd.exe the lmgrd.exe with the file provided by lic_daemon_win64.zip from the link you provided, and they are identical:

For our currently installed C:\Altera\lic_daemon_win64\alterad.exe, file properties > General tab shows Created Date: March 27, 2016. The Details tab does not have a value for File Version.

For our currently installed C:\Altera\lic_daemon_win64\lmgrd.exe, file properties > General tab shows Created Date: March 16, 2016. The Details tab shows File Version: 11.13.1.3 and Product Version 11.13.1.3 build 176543

Please explain what you mean by "reconfirm your license setup again". I don't know what you are asking me to do.
