New ContributorWe need to program Cyclone III FPGA and we did not find the current versions of Quartus supporting Cyclone III. Requesting a support to download Quartus II 13.0 as this is the last version supporting Cyclone III FPGA. Please provide the way to download the Quartus software that has Cyclone III FPGA device.

and then you can download Quartus II 13.0sp1/13.1 web/subscription linux/windows versions as you require
