No Support on quartus II web edition

Dear All,

I am new to Quartus II 9.1 and I am getting an error "No support for device EP2C20Q240C8" not installed". However, I believe the We3b Edition does support all Cyclone II devices. Any idea?

    Hi,

    I tried the 9.1 Web Edition. It runs with no problem. Maybe not full installed ???

    I think I had found the problem. I previously installed a 5.1 legal version with a valid license file. Then I installed the web 9.1 version and some kind of misconfiguration has happened. Once I removed the license.dat and reinstall the new version everything has been sorted out. Thank you pletz for your help.
