No Source available for "" Error

When I attempt to debug my Project, I get the "No Source available for "" " error message as shown in the attached screen shot. Even though the Project compiles and loads correctly, it doesn't seem...

    Yes, I have found a "workaround". What I was trying to do was to move a Qsys/NIOS SBT project from one FPGA Device Family to another one. After getting the above mentioned error. I went back and started a new Qsys/NIOS SBT project in the new Device Family instead of trying to move the project. This seemed to clear up a whole host of issues that I was running into. Hence, I am ready to close this case. However, if you are aware of a tutorial on how to move a project from one device family to another, I would greatly appreciate receiving a link to it.
