No NIOS II hardware option in Eclipse

Hello there, I am following this guide (http://www.emb4fun.de/fpga/niosii2/index.html) on how to set up NIOS II processor for the the Altera DE1 board and then program it with the RT kernel ChibiOS....

Have you a valid Nios licence? If you don't and you use Nios in OpenCores evaluation mode, after you have configured the fpga you need to keep the JTAG connected (don't close the final message box); otherwise the Nios core would stop working and you possibly get those error.
