nios II error : cygwin , win 32 error 487 ???

when working , i see this error ... http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff504/gunnerunbeaten/error.png ... please help me , how to repair it ??? i have tried many times but :(

I had similar troubles with Q9.1 few years ago. I think you should remove any other version of cygwin installed on your computer than NIOS Eclipse one.

There was also an incompatibility with logitech webcams.
