NIOS-II BSP Editor can't display it's content

In Software Packages, Drivers and Link Script tab, there should be sth, but in my computer there is nothing. It is normal in the other computer.

And if I right click and select the "Add memory region..." and a region then click "Restore defaults..." and delete the region I just add, the content will appear normal

Anybody know why? My computer is really heavy loaded, I install too many software...
