NIOS II 10 IDE problem

Dear all I'm using win7 32bit and quartus 10 sp1.I am able to use usb blaster for configuring my fpga.But when i wanted to run the application on my nios the nios ide does not show usb blaster in ...

I had the same problem with nios2-ide 9.0 on win7 32bit.

You may run compiling by following actions:

right-click on your project in NiosII C++ Projects..

then select Run As -> NiosII Hardware

compilation starts...

but this way you can only run you projects,but you couldn't debug and set breakpoints...

P.S. Reinstalation not helps me, so now i run nios2-ide under linux(
