Need to reinstall and run v13.1 to check on possible bug in old design Can't download version 13.1 due to Trojan alert. BTW, I PAY for this license so I need real service now

    Hi,

    Could you please check again after temporarily disabling the antivirus software?

    Please ensure the 'System Requirements' details from same web page.

    please let me know if you have any different concern.

      I sent this problem on to our IT support team. They attempted to white list the URL in question but SonicWall will not allow it. They are investigating why.
