Need some help of SRunner Tools! Need some related files!

I'm considering SRunner tools to edit my .rpd files. However I didn't find any files about this tool. Is there any handbooks of this tool? Or do I need to read the source code of this tool? ...

Hi Dave,

It's a pity that I have to continue my work when I'm back to school because I accidentally broke my board at home. I've read your document about Virtual JTAG, but I'm not aware of where the SLD suit you mentioned is. I've searched it on my computer and the Altera website. But I haven't find it so that I don't know where to type in the commands in your file, especially the commands in the appendix B.
