Need help with Quatus II+Cyclone3+flash--Please help

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am trying get my cyclone 3 development kit work with the in built flash. I have made a VHDL code, very basic, i would like to just get a simple read and write done before i do somthing big.

I am get the following warnings, will this effect my talking to the FLASH, if so what can i do?
