modelsim stop to work

hello,

i use modelsim starter editor. last week it works correctly. now when i start it, i have the little windows of introduction ( the blue windows write " modelsim advanced simulation and debbuging" "MODELSIM ALTERA starter edition 10.4D" "MENTOR GRAPHIC") but after there is no windows

When we look in task manager we see vlm.exe and vsh.exe

i try to restart with a small design i have the same problem

i try to launch modelsim alone i have the same problem

i try to reinstall modelsim i have the same problem

i look licence but we don't have for starter edition

it work i have restart my PC after reinstall and now its OK
