New ContributorWell, I had replaced this previously and restarted the service, but apparently it needed a server reboot. All seems to be working now.
I am glad we got to resolution, but this is something that could have been resolved in a brief call or web session instead of 10 days of back and forth while our engineers sat idle. I really wish Intel would reconsider their support model. Forums serve a purpose, but when you have paid support ....
