We notice that the path to modelsim daemon is not mgcld.exe. Could you change this Example:
SERVER myserver 0123456789ab 1800
VENDOR alterad ./alterad port=1801
VENDOR mgcld ./mgcld port 1802
If you don’t have the latest version of daemon, you can download here https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/licensing/daemons.html
