Max+Plus II License request is no reply again.

5 months ago, I didn't get the reply email for the MAX + plus II license request, and I was able to get it by having the Licensing Request portal recovered(?).

But now, when I request a license for a new machine, I'm not getting mail again.

(Even if you wait more than 24 hours)

I saw some similar recent questions in this forum, but have anyone got it?

If so, how did you get it?

    Apologize for the confusion. Got the confirmation form IT team that the NIC id 80-CE-62-3A-2C-1B is valid and form my understanding that you have received it and kindly check and let us know if any issues. Thanks

      Hi, I'm also having the same issue. Haven't received the license file after multiple requests. NIC: C8-F7-50-67-88-1E. Please help on this.

    Hello

    I have already given up.

    I used MAX + for MAX7000S.

    I started using an older version of QUARTUSII.

    Maybe the function to issue LISENCE is stopped.

    I have applied for a license with multiple NICs, but have not received a reply.

    I feel that MAX + cannot be used anymore.

      But I use MAX7000, so I can’t use it without MAX + plus II .

      Hello

      Currently, I want a license file for NIC = 80-CE-62-3A-2C-1B.

      Previously, I had a NIC =74-E5-F9-A1-09-46 file.

      Strangely, the product listed in the email I received at that time was "Quartus II Web Edition", but there is no problem because the license file is running on MAX +.

    Hi Sir

    Upon checking with IT team, your NIC = 80-CE-62-3A-2C-1B is not valid and we are unable to generate license under it. Kindly check if the NIC is correct? alternatively you can also provide the Guard Id or other NICID.

      However, I just received an email with the license file (80-CE-62-3A-2C-1B__0-359500883780187.dat).

      And the file seems to be working properly.

      Tell me, what's wrong with that NIC?

      What decided NIC (or hard disk number) that can get a license?

      I would like to refer to when the next request.
