Max+Plus II License request is no reply again.

5 months ago, I didn't get the reply email for the MAX + plus II license request, and I was able to get it by having the Licensing Request portal recovered(?). But now, when I request a license for ...

Hi Sir

Upon checking with IT team, your NIC = 80-CE-62-3A-2C-1B is not valid and we are unable to generate license under it. Kindly check if the NIC is correct? alternatively you can also provide the Guard Id or other NICID.

    And the file seems to be working properly.

    Tell me, what's wrong with that NIC?

    What decided NIC (or hard disk number) that can get a license?

    I would like to refer to when the next request.
