    Thanks.

That site seems to have 9.0.0 and 9.0.3 but not 9.0.1 where can I get 9.0.1 from?

    Upgrades to

Upgrades to the 9.0 downloaded from the FTP site are available via the following link. https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp. Scroll down to MaxPlus2 in the selection box. For pre-9.1 Maxplus2, you will require an authourisation code as a licence. I would be very interested in hearing about how you acquire one of those.

Why do you need that specific version? Which FPGA are you targeting?

    Cheers,

I need 9.0 in particular because we have a safety-critical, certified design dating from 1998 which requires a modification. To change toolset revision (9.0 was used for the original design) will involve a huge amount of work in satisfying the certification authority that the tool change has not introduced the possibility of a systematic error in the rebuild. We've now downloaded 9.0 from the FTP site but have run up against the next hurdle of requiring an authorisation code for the licence.

    Sounds reasonable.

File a Service Request with Altera directly and see if they can provide one.

    Cheers,
