Upgrades to the 9.0 downloaded from the FTP site are available via the following link. https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp. Scroll down to MaxPlus2 in the selection box. For pre-9.1 Maxplus2, you will require an authourisation code as a licence. I would be very interested in hearing about how you acquire one of those.
