MAXII development kit unable to reprogram

Hi all users,

I am new bee to this forum. working with MAXII development kit.

first i downloaded "functionaltest.pof" which given under altera/kits/maxii/examples/demos/HW path in quartus. after passing this test, i downloaded "lowpowerdesign.pof" , which is example prog provided by quartus under the same path bye nabling realtime-ISP feature.

But, after this i am unable to configure the any file except that lowpowerdesign.pof, eventhough i disabled that Realtime-ISP feature.

i tried tyo download other files by erasing the device but failed to dowmload.

anybody has solution to this plz give reply and share your ideas
