MAX 10 device error.

I installed Max 10 device in my quartus prime 17.1 software but when i try to create the project, the following error pop up. Problem Details Error: Internal Error: Sub-system: DEV, File: /quartus...

Thanks for advice @KIto2​ ,

Actually, I worked alot on Max 10 and i never faced such issue. Due to some reason, I have to uninstall the Quartus but when i installed the Quartus again. I am facing this issue. This issue is related to replying the patch which i don't know how to do.
