Actually, It isn't about the project. I deleted my all previous projects. Some of my projects are in Zip files. I reinstalled Window and also Quartus ii. My previous project are for MAX10 and if i even try to create the new project for MAX10 , Quartus crashes with a error pop up window which i posted above. The solution which i found on intel site is in given link but i don't know , how to implement it. Thanks
