Thanks for the tip on rcfs, Rysc!

In addition to the forum link, I've found documentation inside the (Quartus university interface package) QUIP files that detail the rcf structure, creation, and usage.

For anyone else who's interested, please find the QUIP tutorial pdf. (roughly around page 22/30)
