M20K resource estimation is not the same with fitter result

Hi,I use quartus prime 17.1 and I am customizing a 1-port ROM,I set the memory block type to meet the minimum resource usage.However,when I have done the fitter compliation I found that the actually M20K usage is different with my expectation,is the resource estimation in RAM UI is not helpfull ?Besides,I can not found this resource usage in quartus prime pro 21.2

    To generate this, go to Project> Archive Project.
