License renewal procedure

We have NIOS & QUARTUS license, and this maintenance expiration is 2023/3/31.

We have already ordered the maintenance contract renewal for next one year.

Doe to renew license, I issued the license from "Active maintenance licenses", but Only this license procedure is OK ?

Could you tell me the license procedure details after matenance contract renewal ?
