License renewal for Quartus Prime v18.0

I want to renew our license for Quartus Prime v18.0. Maybe I would go for v18.1 if I could figure out what the differences are. Regardless, I can't I find an area on this website to simply pay for and download a license. What is the process I need to go through? I took out a Case #: 05754395, then got a notice from Development Zone that case was closed.

Any help is much appreciated,

thanks

I need to renew a license for Quartus Prime that has expired. Would that be essentially the same process as purchasing software for the first time? Alternatively I might want to get a later/lastest version of the software. I am confused on why this is so difficult. I tried your link of distributors and find several I am familiar with. For example Digikey - but when I go to Digikey website they do not seem to offer the software for sale.

I found this link on Intel website. If I download this what would be the next steps? Obviously it is not free so would the next step to be pay for and obtain a license and if so can I just go to that step to renew the license we have that has expired?

    Hi

You could go to SSLC re-generated a new license and try it. https://licensing.intel.com/

You could refer to Self Service Licensing Center User Guide. Guidance: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/licensing/online.html

Alternatively, you could apply an Intel 90-Day Evaluation License use with Quartus Pro/Standard. Login to Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center and request the Quartus evaluation free license here https://licensing.intel.com/

    1) Go to Sign up for Evaluation or Free licenses

    2) Select Intel® FPGA EVALUATION-LIC

    3) # of Seats is always 1

    4) Check the T&C box

    5) Add the required options

    6) Click Get License button

The license will be sent to email that you register with
