Hello, I am the person who bought your product. It is an FPGA product: DE10-PRO-16G, but now if I want to use it, I need to install the quartus pro version, but I don't have its license. Because I accidentally lost the paper copy of purchasing this product, only the product and instructions for using the product remained. Can you reissue my license so I can use quartus pro?
