LED matrix interface

Hi, I want to interface UP3 board to 21X8 LEd matrix (SLS product) via RS232 through hyperterminal.So I need verilog code for UART. As these things belong to a technology I mnot getting a...

There's an old Cyclone (not II or III) board called the "Cubic Cyclonium" that had an LED matrix on it. I don't think the board is available anymore, but maybe someone lurking here may have the source HDL for that design? Or, ask your Altera FAE - they may be able to dig up the old project files for that design.
