I do not have the file for it but you can create a sample JAM file with multiple device in the chain with Quartus Programmer where you can refer to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/an/an425.pdf. From the file you can modify it include the action for each of the device to write the CRC value.
