It adds 3 and subtracts 1 instead of adding just 1

Thank you both mmTsuchi and yashd for your answers. I tried all you said but I obtained the same result. Moreover, the logic that RTL viewer shows it is right, so it seems that my code is understood by the compiler but the simulator give me another result. Also, in the simulator the five most significant bits of 'nombre' are ignored... I don't really understand what's happening...
