It adds 3 and subtracts 1 instead of adding just 1

Hi,

In your process,

just type 
process(reset,clk)
: your process must be synchronous and then no other signal in sensibility list of process.

if you type "process(reset,clk,nombre)" the process will be activated on any changes of nombre.

you may use variable in this process. Because "nombre<=nombre+1;" is not obvious.

and then type
nombre <= var +1 ;
.
