Issue with opening of a .qsys file

Hello,

I doubt that I've correctly built my system in qsys.

The issue is quite strange - I can open qsys if project navigator is set to "Files".

In the case of "Hierarchy" option, the qsys failed to initialize (please, see snapshot below).

The .qsys file is located in the project folder, whereas with "Hierarchy" option quartus looks for it in output_files subfolder.

What is wrong in my setup.
