Is web edition support all fpga's

hello, i am very new to forum and fpga too. i have ordered fpga based dev board which includes EP2C5T144C8N fpga. Can i program this fpga using web edition.

You appear to have installed the subscription edition version not the web edition one. The web edition one is the free one.
