Is web edition support all fpga's

hello, i am very new to forum and fpga too. i have ordered fpga based dev board which includes EP2C5T144C8N fpga. Can i program this fpga using web edition.

i have installed the version 13.00 but is asking for licence. can i use to learning purpose.
