Is the license perpetual-the fixed subscription license of Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software

"1, does it mean it can be updates to new released version within one year, and it can be used without time limit? In an other words, is it a perpetual license, or will it expire after one year?" - - - - - - It will expire after 12 months & user need to renew it, on active maintenance or less than 30 days after expiration.
