Is it possible to still get the 10.1 web edition

Hi all,

I've had troubles trying to get the university cores to install under Quartus 11.0 - they insist on the s/w being version 10.1 (not 10.1+). Is it possible to get an earlier version of the web software ? I'd be happy to run using the older software rather than what I have now, which is basically nothing (see my comments in the university thread entitled "Disappointed with Cyclone III FPGA Development Kit". I'd link, but I'm not yet allowed to).
