IP core student version ?

Guys,

Is there any IP core with student version and low cost one ?

    I think the idea is that to save it to the EPC16 you need to pay money for it.

    It depends on what you are trying to do. If it is just for research purposes and just need to test a few things, it can be ok to just keep the USB blaster connected. But indeed if you need to flash your design, then you will need to pay a license.
