IP Base Suit license with Quartus Subscription

Hi, Can anyone confirm which IPs from IP Base suit will be included when you buy Quartus subscription license (Standard Edition). From Altera's web page it appears that all the listed IPs will...

My understanding is that anything not in this list https://www.altera.com/products/intellectual-property/design/ip-base-suite.html is not included in the base IP suite and must be paid for. All of the other IP is provided for evaluation only as described in https://www.altera.com/support/suppo...gacore-ip.html
