Honored ContributorMy understanding is that anything not in this list https://www.altera.com/products/intellectual-property/design/ip-base-suite.html is not included in the base IP suite and must be paid for. All of the other IP is provided for evaluation only as described in https://www.altera.com/support/suppo...gacore-ip.html
