I disagree .. i've been trying to download the Quartus 11.1 for a week now .. and i get the same issue still .. i tried it not 5 minutes ago and i got the same result:
Redirected to this page: http://download.altera.com/software/acds/11.1sp2/259/standalone/11.1sp2_259_quartus_free_linux.sh
With:
Invalid URL
The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid.
