internal error subsystem dmsg

Hi guys, This error is driving me crazy. Searched the web for hours but didnt find any solution. My project works compiles fine in Quartus 10.1 but comiling the same project with no differences...

Are you guys willing to send your projects to Engineering? Once we find the root cause, we can probably send you a workaround.
