Internal Error: Sub-system: DCALC, File: /quartus/ddb/dcalc/dcalc_bcm_modules_cache.cpp, Line: 176

I am using quartus 23.1.0 prime that installed only cyclone10 GX device. I try to compile my personal code, but I got the following internal error. What is happened? Anyone help me? Thanks. ...

Do you mind to attach the design in qar for the error one?

I need to look at the design for further investigation to move this forward otherwise it will be hard.

    Hello,
    I was able to resolve the issue by installing the Arria 10 files as Dan mentioned. It looks like there are files missing if you download individual files and do not install he Arria Device files.
