Internal error during compilation

Hello all,

I am facing this error during compilation in my design having DDR3 hard ip. Any help will be appreciated.

Internal Error: Sub-system: FOCT, File: /quartus/fitter/foct/foct_stratixv_oct_mgr.cpp, Line: 1221

    Have you filed an SR? If you did and haven't heard back (or if you do, and don't hear back within a week), let me know and I'll get the engineer involved.
