Altera have an OpenCL custom platform toolkit - https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/opencl-sdk/ug_aocl_custom_platform_toolkit.pdf

It uses the s5_net BSP as a starting point and shows how to modify this. Alternatively you could go back to the board manufacturer and ask if they have a created a BSP for the board.
