Installing ModelSim on Mac

I am trying to install ModelSim on my macbook. I discovered it's not an easy task. Also learned I will have to use virtual machine for the installation. So, I have virtualBox installed in my mac.

I have no idea whatsoever what to do next. Can anyone help me explain how to install ModelSim using virtualbox in easy to understand words?

Any help is much appreciated.
