In socket programming support on Windows 7?

Dear all,

Is there anyone ever try Quartus II programmer in socket programming on Windows 7? We've try to remote connect from Linux client to Windows host for remote in socket programming.

We are able to make it work on Windows XP, but when we do the same setup on Windows 7, we can't even make a connection to it. We used USB blaster to connect Windows server to development kit, and we already close firewall on both Windows XP and Windows 7.
